Outgoing gateways for industrial objects
Sliding gate
The maximum light entering the gate that is offered to the customers is a 12 m gate. These are self-supported gates based on a prepared pavement. We make the frame is made out of closed profiles usually steel. The filling can also be a closed profile or a a panale at any size. If the customer wishes there are other types of the filling for example perforated plate.
Standard kit includes: a sliding gate, carriages, upper guide system, Overrun system (slot and roll) and the pole lead.
Tiller gates
Our tiller gates are the classic solution in a modern form. Combined with for example wicket it provides the role of a functional and an elegant way into an industry. Just like in the case of the sliding gate the maximum light entering is as wide as 12m. The high quality of the material stays unchanged for their production. The fillings can be analogical just like in the case of the sliding gates. The difference however is in the standard kit. The standard kit contains : the gate (or two wings), set of hinges and poles.
The offered entry gates are prepared in raw state and hot-dip galvanized and powder coated to any RAL colour. This combination offers a minimum of 10 years protection against corrosion. If the customer wishes we also install automatic gates.
Industrial gates:
Folding gates is a solution dedicated to industrial halls, where there isn’t enough room to install ceiling guides. The gates folds into a small enough area over the intel or to one of the sides. The panel construction is framed with a filling made from a double aluminium plate. Insulated with polyurethane foam with a thickness of 27 mm. Guide rails and fittings are galvanized. There is a possibility of lacquering of the frame and filling it with a colour of your choice from the RAL palet.
The sectional gates are a classic solution made for industrial buildings such as production halls, warehouse’s, commercial and service building’s. That is why the construction of these gates makes constant work system , even with unfavorable conditions available. The different leading systems (Keeping track of a standard, low, raised, vertical, diagonal) and the variants of use make it possible for the gate to be built into each door opening.
The rolling gates are deffinately space-saving thanks to the special construction, due to the construction the armor is wound on a shaft and placed above the gate opening. Due to this, there is space left below the ceiling in the building. The instalment of this construction is also available on the outside of the building.
